cmERDC continually seeks value-added solutions for our member districts through our cooperative volume purchasing program. In addition, we offer value driven joint powers contracts with qualified and quality providers to meet your ongoing needs for supplies, equipment, and furniture solutions.
As a non-profit, joint powers educational cooperative, our goal is to make your purchasing as simple and cost-effective as possible through compliant and competitive bidding driven by the strength and volume of our members.
Innovative Office Solutions, the servicing dealer for these cmERDC joint-powers furniture and equipment contracts, will work with you to learn your needs, and the needs of your students, and deliver the right furniture and design for your classrooms and beyond. In addition, the project will be completed within your budget using solutions that take advantage of the latest in collaboration, ergonomics and movement.

Annual Volume Purchase
cmERDC combines the purchasing needs of over 100 School Districts, including public, private and charter schools for a once a year volume purchasing opportunity.
This process enables cmERDC to purchase and leverage large volume discounts on more than 1,500 unique items. These products are bulk shipped into cmERDC’s distribution center, where individual school orders are consolidated and redistributed over the summer months.
